Subject of data protection

Privacy policy for the use of YouTube

Newsletter
You can subscribe to a newsletter sent by us on our website. For this purpose, we require your email address and information about your company, your gender and your first and last name. You can contact us via a contact form on our website. For this purpose, we require your name, company name, company address, email address and, if desired, your telephone number. Privacy policy for Google reCAPTCHA
In order to ensure sufficient data security when transmitting forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered office: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, registration number: 368047) in certain cases (customer registration form, returns form, SMART project registration form). The query is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or is being misused by machine or automated processing. The service includes the transmission of the IP address and, if necessary, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. Protection of the privacy of persons under 16 years of age on the Internet
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from minors (under 16 years of age) in any form. As a rule, we do not know the age of visitors to our website. However, we have not taken any specific measures to protect such data in particular.
